Hawkspare Properties
Hawkspare has invested in property since 1977 and now has a sizable portfolio located in Kent which includes residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
In 2008 Derek's daughter, Laura joined the business to manage the property portfolio. Laura is now responsible for all matters concerning Hawkspare property including lettings and development.
Hawkspare has recently been granted planning permission to build an additional 6 houses and is waiting for approval for other developments.
In addition to the Hawkspare properties, the Hawkins family have other property companies including South Darenth Farms & Cold Store and Gibbs & Ball. These two companies have a similar property portfolio to Hawkspare.
